John was very honest, and knowledgeable for the inspected item. The price charged was vert reasonable, and he even called back to ensure everything was okay. The tech showed great customer service, and in the furture I would call Home upgrader first prior to contacting any other company.

On the day the gentlemen came to work in our bathrooms they entered with a big surprise. They covered all the floor areas where they would walk and work with a tarp-like fabric. It was very nice to know that they not only respected our carpets, but our home as well. They were very nice and professional. The work was completed in a matter of hours and we hardly knew they were in our home. We could not believe the clean areas they left behind. I've been talking about our experience and the results since the work was completed on Friday. My only regret is not taking pictures before they completed the work to show the awesome job!

John and his team did an outstanding job in meeting my family's needs in this project. They sell quality products, and my deliveries was exactly when I was told it would arrive (on the minute). I actually got a call from a human being from the company moments after I requested work. I wish all companies had the same level of customer service as Home upgraded... I'm the type of consumer that needs to research items before making a purchase. John was very patient and thorough on answering all my questions. He knows his products, but was honest in helping me purchase the right product. BASICALLY, this military vet is the best.

The remodeling of our three bathrooms was completed on schedule and within budget; there were no "surprise" costs or hidden charges. In fact, John went above and beyond his contractual obligation by fixing odds and ends around our home at no charge to us. We certainly appreciate the work they've done, and we highly recommend them.

The project was top notch. Not only did the work crew show up on time, but they finished the project early. The three men assigned to the project worked hard, took care to protect my furniture and the surrounding areas and kept busy during the entire job . I defiantly plan to use this company again for several other projects I have planed. A total of 4 companies were requested to bid on this project and although Home Upgrader was not the lowest, their bid was competitive. Based on the end results of the project, in my opinion, the quality of the finished work far exceeded the price paid.

This immediate requirement was fulfilled at mach pace when even the weather interfered! Craftsmanship was above and beyond, their professionnal work ethics exceeded expectations. The product left behind is a ramp I use several times throughout a day to get out of my dining room onto the deck where I can access the exterior ramp. Each time I travel across it I think of the perfection and high end construction put forth by all involved.
